REBEL MEETS REBEL Frontman DAVID ALLAN COE Launches New Web Site

May 8, 2006

REBEL MEETS REBEL frontman and country music "outlaw" David Allan Coe and Miss Kim have launched a new web site. The temporary address is www.ghostnetwork.org/misskim. According to Miss Kim, "David has not recieved royalties on ANY of his albums from before 1985 and does not recieve royalties from anything purchased from officialdavidallancoe.com. Any merchandise purchased from this website will be the first time since the mid-'80s that David recieves money from merchandise sales. Also, unlike the old site, which has only been updated three times in the past year, this site will be updated as soon as the news comes in. Miss Kim is DIRECTLY involved with ALL aspects of the site's operation."

As previoulsy reported, "Rebel Meets Rebel" — an album featuring the last completed recordings by slain PANTERA and DAMAGEPLAN guitarist "Dimebag" Darrell Abbott along with contributions from his brother and drummer Vinnie Paul, PANTERA bassist Rex Brown and David Allan Coe — is on track to sell about 30,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release, which will likely result in a Top 50 debut on The Billboard 200 chart.
